I don’t really care about going back to Instagram or Facebook – but I definitely have a feeling of free speech violation and quite frankly, it infuriates me!

They removed my accounts – and my husbands (who really doesn’t post politically) – and they removed the moderators from my community groups.

I lost my photos and videos. I lost a ton of connections. My community groups had no way to communicate (2,000 and 4,000 members).

All of that is frustrating. But what makes this so much more frustrating is the indifference people have to this.

THIS IS A FREE SPEECH ATTACK!!! I didn’t post anything theatening or hateful. I posted things Democrat’s don’t like. That is the only reason they banned me.

And by the way – I didn’t get a warning. I didn’t get a message letting me download my data. Nothing! They wouldn’t even respond to my requests for review – they just said my account is deleted so there is nothing to review.

If you don’t think your own rights are being attacked – let me ask you this:

Do you hold back when you post? Do you fear being deleted? Do you think about your words carefully so you don’t get put in FB jail?

These are deliberate control tactics that are working on you. Your speech is being repressed.

If we don’t start getting angry – we are gonna continue being controlled.

Get in the game – the time is now.

Good Reminder!

In Jan 2021, Instagram deleted my account with no notice. Why? This photo:

3 days later, Facebook deleted my account. The next day, they deleted my husbands account (who really doesn’t posts anything political) and removed the moderators from my community groups.

I am all for groups who have rules about content … if you have a Democrat group, you probably would remove someone who posted Trump support, right?

But platforms as a whole have a different set of rules. When they limit speech because they don’t agree with your political point of view, that’s a different story.

Platforms do not get to limit speech. Doing so makes them a publisher and places them under a specific set of rules. You can’t be both a publisher and a platform.

I keep telling this story because our freedom to speak truth shouldn’t be governed.

They removed my voice because my words were reaching people. They won’t stop me from speaking. They might slow me down, but I will keep talking and will keep sharing my story.
