The 3rd District Court of Appeal in Sacramento has scheduled for oral arguments to be heard on April 20 at 9:30 a.m. I will be sure to update you with information on how to watch the trial.

This lawsuit challenges the legality of Executive Order N-67-20, which changed several statutory laws overnight. In November, a State Superior Court judge finalized their ruling determining that Governor Gavin Newsom abused his authority by changing state law in violation of the California Constitution during the COVID-19 pandemic. California has not been well-served by one-man rule. It is well past time for the state to restore our representative democracy.

This grassroots movement is fighting to take back Shasta County.

Butte has a battle going. So do many other counties, many who have signed the healthy communities resolution in unity of opening our state.

Tehama County, however, signed a letter stating we would not go against the states tiered system.

We need to get engaged folks.

What can you do?

• Attend city council or board of supervisors meetings
• Attend any public sessions available (Candy Carlson holds a townhall meeting on the 4th Monday)
• Meet with your elected officials to discuss your concerns
• Join the local Republican Party – attend meetings
• Just get involved! What’s going on in our county? Is there a neighborhood watch or some other group you might attend? Do it. Get engaged.

For those who think the election is over and we should just move on: think again.

I strongly believe there was significant election fraud. Enough to overturn the election. Approx 80m people agree.

Maricopa County, Arizona continues to be a hotbed.

The only question I have is this: why can’t we audit everywhere in question?

If there’s no fraud, or not enough to overturn the election, then what is the harm of letting us examine the ballots and tabulators?

The only correct answer is this:

There is nothing wrong with it. Examine away!

Does that scare you? Are you worried that perhaps we are right? What if we are? What if the fraud is so deep that the results put Trump back in office?

Can you live with that? Or will you be so upset that you won’t even acknowledge that the people you voted for are that corrupt?

Honestly – that’s what should anger you. That anyone would take advantage of all of us.

So yes, I’m angry. Why aren’t you?

Honestly – I don’t need to know. I’m not even sure I want to know.

Q has changed the landscape of our country and on a more personal level, many lives.

Q does nothing more than push us to ask questions (the right questions) and seek answers.

And yet in doing so, we meet resistance.

I’ve been removed from Facebook and Instagram. Why? Because I wrote about Q. Heck on IG, I never posted anything political, I posted this pic:

It makes me sick. This country is founded on free speech. Whatever you think of my tee – I am entitled to wear it. I don’t care if you like it.

If we lose our freedom of speech, what’s next? Do people really not see what’s at stake?

We have to wake up. We have to talk. We have to ask questions. There is too much at stake to simply be polite. Get in the game.
