DHS Bulletin

IMPORTANT NOTICE

On Aug 13, the Dept of Homeland Security issued a National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS) Bulletin regarding the current heightened threat environment across the United States. I encourage you to read the bulletin here. We recognize this bulletin as being a potential threat to our freedom of speech.

Tehama Citizens for Freedom does not promote or engage in violent activities. But we do promote and encourage research and information sharing across our community.

Red Bluff Daily News

I was confronted by a man last week after he overheard a conversation I was having about our rally on 8-14.

He let it be known he was against our stand and proudly stated he was a columnist at the RBDN, as if that somehow made his opinion more valid than mine.

I truly believe news should be unbiased. The daily news has proudly announced to the world – they are not.

This horrible man attended our rally and perused our website – picking and choosing information to use against us, calling our rally a “pro-disease rally” (because we are against masks and the shot), calling us extremists and ending his article with “if you listen to these people or to the base of the Republican Party, you just might end up very ill or even dead”.

Honestly, I wouldn’t give this moron the time of day. He clearly came with an agenda of collecting anything he could to write a hit piece against us.

I’ve had it with our media and I want to ask you to do two things:

  1. If you have a subscription, consider canceling it. They clearly don’t understand that the majority of Tehama County are aligned with our thinking.
  2. Write a letter to the editor, or call or go see him. Let him know how you feel about their writers deliberately attacking Tehama citizens.

We have to take a strong stance. We cannot support businesses that so blatantly disregard our views and flat out lie about the information we share.

If you have ideas about how to continue our efforts, get in touch with us at tehamacitizensforfreedom@yahoo.com.

BOS – IMPORTANT MEETING! (Draft Resolution in Support of Voter Rights)

Our county Board of Supervisors meets tomorrow, Tues, Aug 17 for their regular meeting.

PLEASE ATTEND

I would like to encourage you to attend this meeting if possible – or you can send emails or call in to have your comments included in the meeting minutes.

There are 3 issues I think need to be addressed:

1. Covid mandates: while there is nothing on the agenda at this time, it is important for our board to hear from us every week. They need to know we are taking a stand – and we need to ask them to stand with us.

You can speak on this during public comments at the beginning of the meeting.

The next issues are the last 2 items on the agenda – you can speak on these issues when they are discussed during the meeting:

2. Discussion of salary increase for management employees – most of the employees in our county are paid a much lower wage than other counties in California. It is time for this to be rectified. To their credit, the board recently passed an increase for our sheriffs association. The fact this is on the agenda is a good sign.

I will be supporting this effort.

3. Draft Resolution in Support of Voter Rights

As you can see in the draft resolution below, there is one statement of grave concern:

  • “…curtailment of early voting, elimination of same-day registration, reduction of polling places, vote dilution tactics, and needlessly cumbersome voter ID laws reduce and restrict the full expression American political voice.”

This draft resolution is being considered because a former supervisor brought it to the table.

H.R. 1 is currently being circulated through congress, sponsored by a Democrat representative, is very concerning. I encourage you to read more about it here: HR 1

I am strongly against these measures because they create opportunities for fraud in our elections.

I believe EVERY American has the right and responsibility to vote. EVERY AMERICAN!

But making it easier for people to vote also makes it easier for people to cheat. This is not ok.

I will share more today about my concerns but I wanted to get this out to you all as quick as possible.

Please please please – if you can, plan to attend this important meeting tomorrow.

Public comments will be shortly after 10am – salary increase and voter integrity at the end of the meeting (dependent on how long the other items take).

There seems to be increasingly more military planes every day.

T-38 talons are training jets – we see them frequently – but today – there are maybe 100 across the country – and that’s not normal. May just be training – I don’t know. But I’ve never seen the skies this busy with this much power.

About the Cyber Symposium

News outlets are working hard to discredit the symposium by sharing half truths and flat out lies. They make it seem like it’s one guy showing a bunch of data with no actual evidence of fraud.

That’s not what this is.

This event brings together legislators (48 states are represented), data experts, cyber experts and civilians fighting for truth.

They’re showing the legislators how their election systems were hacked and how election data was changed.

On Tuesday evening, the clerk/recorder (elected official who runs the county election) of Mesa County, Colorado, shared her story. She thought elections in her county were secure. Prompted by complaints from citizens, she started looking into her system more thoroughly and discovered things were much different than she thought.

When she discussed this with the Colorado Secretary of State, she was fed lies and threatened. When the clerk/recorder was flying to the symposium, the Secretary of State executed an illegal warrant and ransacked her office.

The data the Secretary of State was trying to hide is being presented today. The cyber and data guys are digging in and finding many ways the data was changed and when and how.

So what does this do for our country?

It is getting the legislators engaged to create better laws that protect our elections. One they just discussed is requiring backups be created weekly (no, it’s not being done by every county).

It’s also getting the county elections offices to realize that they don’t know what they don’t know. The clerk/recorder last night proved this. Now the question is – will your local elections office take ownership and dig into their machines?

One of the legislators from Wisconsin just shared that their state just past a vote to allow dominion to “update” all of their machines. The cyber guys are now working with the Wisconsin legislators to do a forensic backup before they allow the “update” and talking with all of the legislators about making forensic backups.

That’s what this is all about – educating the legislators and helping them find ways to secure our elections moving forward.

What they’re finding on the Colorado server:

  • Dominion employee wiped years of log files and left only 3 remaining log files.
  • They found a batch file that de-hardens the system. “Removing Security Restrictions” 10/19/2020. SQL Server De-hardening within the batch file. Batch files are scripts written by developers and system administrators to execute a series of commands instead of running individually from a command prompt.

What can you do?

Contact your state legislators and encourage them to watch the symposium.

Contact your county elections office and insist they watch the symposium – specifically the Colorado clerk who spoke last night.

There is no doubt in my mind that the 2020 election was fraudulent across the board. The evidence that has been presented first at the state congressional hearings, then in the absolute proof series and now in this symposium is just what it has been called – absolute proof.

You cannot watch this stuff and come to any other conclusion.

Cal-OSHA Requires Vax Status

CalOSHA now requires masks be worn by all employees who are not vaccinated. As part of that, employees are supposed to share their vaccination status – you can decline to state, and then you’re supposed to wear a mask.

Covid can now be considered a workplace illness if an employee was exposed to someone in the workplace who had covid.

Recently, a Red Bluff City employee became sick with covid. A second employee who worked with him became sick several days later.

The second employee had to be hospitalized – and because he had been exposed to the 1st employee, the illness was covered by worker’s compensation and the city was required to report the incident to OSHA.

Most workplace injuries and illness are recordable, meaning the employer has to keep a record of the incident and take measures to prevent similar incidents.

When an employee is hospitalized or dies, the incident becomes reportable – meaning the employer must notify OSHA, who will then investigate the incident. If they find the company has been negligent in their practices, they can fine the company.

So what does that mean for RB city? Well – it means OSHA is not paying close attention to make sure their employees are wearing masks.

It also means that if another employee is exposed to covid on the job and they have to report it OSHA, they will receive a bigger fine, along with having to pay the medical bills as well as covering the employees time off work.

Yes – this is absolutely ridiculous.

There are several organizations providing letters you can give to your employer so you don’t have to wear a mask. But because this is a CalOSHA requirement, employers are in a terrible spot. Even if they agree with us that masks are useless, they still need to protect themselves from OSHA.

So what can you do?

This becomes a very personal question because the ramifications can severely impact your livelihood.

  • Do you refuse to state your shot status?
  • Do you refuse to wear a mask?
  • Can they fire you if you don’t?
  • Where do you draw the line?

I believe the legal actions being taken will eventually end in our favor – but in the meantime, at what point are you willing to lose your job?

No one can make that decision for you. But I hope we can provide you enough resources to make an informed decision.

Letter to the Editor of the Red Bluff Daily News

On July 28, an article written by your reporter Mandy Feder-Sawyer titled Red Bluff Schools Return to 100 percent… was published by your paper grossly misrepresenting the parents of hundreds of students who are standing against the mandates set in place by our state as our children return to school. The reporter made it quite clear to the parents in attendance that she was biased against their efforts.

This is not the kind of reporting we expect from our local newspaper.

So I would like to set the record straight.

  1. Attached is the letter we sent to our local school districts signed by parents representing 440 students. On July 13, the state made the decision to allow local school districts to decide how to enforce the mask requirement. Our ask is for our local school districts to focus on teaching and respect the decisions parents make for their children in regards to ALL medical care, this includes whether they wear a mask, get tested for covid or take the mRNA shot. California school districts across the state have begun to set the standard. You can find some of their decisions here: https://tehamafreedom.org/parent-choice-schools/
  2. We are not anti-vaccination. The parents who attended the meeting have all vaccinated their children with the normal, required school vaccinations. The mRNA technology, however, has never been used as a vaccine and many parents are not willing to risk their kids as test subjects. Our government is pushing to allow students over 12 years of age to make the decision to get the mRNA injection. This is a decision that is irreversible and is already having terrible consequences in teens and young adults.
    • Dr. Robert Malone, inventor of mRNA technology that’s used in the COVID vaccine, said “the government is not being transparent about the risks” and “people should not be forced to get the vaccine because risks aren’t known and under 18s and those who’ve had viruses shouldn’t take it”.
    • Dr. Ryan Cole, Virologist & Immunologist, shares how the mRNA shot works and why vitamin D is the most important supplement you can take. We encourage anyone considering taking the shot to watch the videos and learn how it works.
  1. Your reporter referenced Wikipedia in her derogatory description of AFLDS. From their own website: “Wikipedia is written collaboratively by largely anonymous volunteers. Anyone with Internet access can write and make changes to Wikipedia articles, except in limited cases where editing is restricted to prevent further disruption or vandalism.”
    • Your reporter’s description is highly biased and indicates our concerns are politically motivated. This is absolutely not true. Our concerns are legitimately for the health of our students, and quite frankly, for every American being denied accurate information and effective medical treatment.
    • Directly from the AFLDS website: “ALFDS is a nationwide network of member-physicians providing independent, evidence-based information to help all Americans make informed decisions about their healthcare needs. AFLDS is not affiliated with any organization calling for a ban on COVID-19 vaccines nor do we support such a prohibition. We support additional research and full transparency with regard to vaccines and oppose the mandatory administration of vaccines that have not been fully approved after exhaustive clinical research. Freedom of choice in healthcare and physician independence are critical to protecting individual rights and quality healthcare. AFLDS believes that vaccines should be available to any eligible member of the public who wants them. AFLDS member-physicians have received inoculations and continue to advise patients on receiving vaccinations for a variety of illnesses.”
    • In addition to AFLDS, doctors around the world have been successfully treating covid with proven, effective, inexpensive protocols. On Nov 19, 2020, some of these doctors testified at a Senate Committee Hearing to the effectiveness of these protocols. I encourage you to look listen to the full hearing, which you can find here: https://tehamafreedom.org/covid19-outpatient-treatment-protocols-senate-committee-hearing/
  1. Your reporter also stated America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) is our source of information. While we do view AFLDS as a reputable source, it is not our only, or even primary, source of information. Much of our data comes from the CDC, WHO, Office of National Statistics, numerous studies and expert doctors and scientist in such fields as virology, immunology, and epidemiology, as well as statistical experts from around the world. Our concerns include:
    • Stanford Professor of epidemiology, John Ioannidis, surveyed 23 COVID19 seroprevalence studies and found that “among people <70 years old, infection fatality rates ranged from 0.00 to 0.23% with median of 0.04%”. (In the range of a normal flu season). Keep in mind that generally only those who are sick enough to seek medical treatment get tested during a normal flu season, so the numbers we see for “covid positive” is considerably exaggerated. About 95% of those who test positive at most develop moderate flu-like symptoms – normally these people would not bother with a flu test.
    • Per the CDC, for 6% of covid related deaths, COVID19 was listed as the only cause. For all other deaths, individuals had 2-3 other serious illnesses or comorbidities, and as many as 6 other listed conditions. When you tie that to the numbers mentioned above, we have grave concerns that the fatalities are being exaggerated.
    • Children have been repeatedly shown not to be drivers of this contagion. It is well accepted that children have a statistically zero chance of dying from COVID. The CDC shows the K-12 mortality rate from or with COVID is .00003.
      • Any intervention, especially one that is prophylactic, must cause fewer harms to the recipient than the infection. The cost-benefit of requiring children to wear an investigational face-covering with emerging safety issues is especially difficult to justify.
      • Facemasks on Children – A study posted in the Journal of American Medicine Association (Pediatrics) indicates the carbon dioxide increase in children wearing masks is significant, causing excessive CO2 in the bloodstream (hypercapnia). This article has been retracted by JAMA, however the authors maintain their results are valid. The point is: there is no evidence that masks prevent viral transmission and significant evidence of increased risk, and potentially harmful effects. https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamapediatrics/fullarticle/2781743.
The study found that within 3 minutes of putting on a mask, a 7 year old’s CO2 level was 25,000 parts per million. CO2 for adults should not exceed 10,000 parts per million according to the Minnesota Dept of Health. A full school day of this hypercapnia can cause headaches and other health issues and is unacceptable.
      • A CDC systematic review of non-pharmaceutical measures for pandemic influenza “found no significant effect of face masks on transmission of laboratory-confirmed influenza”. CDC Policy Review – Non-Pharmaceutical Measures
      • As masks have been proven to not be effective in preventing the spread of covid, we believe a great deal more harm is being done to our children by requiring them to wear them.

The Red Bluff Daily News should be considered a partner to Tehama County community members. We would like to think that our local media represents our community by and large. This article did not. It clearly represented the views of the reporter.

Many of us have taken the task of doing our own research because we cannot trust mainstream media to provide us with facts and unbiased reporting. We would ask that our local newspaper at least make an effort to get some of it right – especially these critical issues which are concerning to the majority of our county residents.

Should you be interested in uniting with us to share truth with Tehama County, please feel encouraged to contact me.
